words may be relevent across categories but you wont know that without a working search function this app is supposed to be a reference, not a novel. there is no scroll bar. the sorry sob who needs to lookup wilsons disease will spend all day finger rowing to the bottom of the lists.

If you could make the design a little better and work on the bugs,i`ll be happy,thx !!

I downloaded the app because I had referenced a medication on UMMs website and liked the way the information was presented. Unfortunately the app doesnt work the same way. There is no drug reference information in their encyclopedia and their keyword search dumps you into a long alphabetical list of topics that have nothing to do with what you requested in your search. I didnt find the app useful.

If you are looking up a disease that begins with "T" plan on scrolling for 15 minutes. Not worth your time.

No search function. No drug reference. Guess medical students dont need to know much about drugs.

Good reference material, but I agree with others that a scroll function or something to help speed to the letter you are looking for is needed!

This is a good start and gives access to some very useful information. I would give it 5-stars if there was easy way to save the information locally for later reference to avoid some latency time of lookups. -Dan

Add to it (beyond diseases), and I think its a little disrespectful to call teen pregnancy a disease.

There is NO SEARCH BUTTON on the application itself, so beware when you are considering whether to download this application to your iPhone. You will spend a lot of wasted time trying to find information when a simple search button would quickly solve the problem. As one can readily see from the number of poor ratings this app has received, this is the number one complaint and why this respected academic institution has not fixed this glaring omission is perplexing, not to mention a little troubling. Further, the content might be a little basic for health care professionals (MDs, RNs, etc), but be quite helpful for others not familiar with the vast and ever expanding dictionary of technical language of the health care professions.

Very useful, PERFECT

It was a good try but lacks information. It takes too much time to find information due to its lack of search capabilities. Cannot be used offline which is a disappointment. If you are looking for a real medical for professionals encyclopedia this is not it

For those of us who have a touch. Otherwise nice app.

Useful but not fast!!

completely useless search bar. doesnt do Anything. OK info, but you really need to fix having no search. Waste alot of time without search.

Does need a faster way to get to the info. Maybe a fast A-Z index on the right side.

Very useful and informative! However a little slow and the search button is there but lags big time!
